Project 7 Annual Report for 2011
Majority of Project 7 users come from elementary age group (47 percent) followed by high school and others/out-of-school youth age group.
Geography and Language are the popular subjects.
March and July received the highest users, while April received the least users.
Payatas B Annual Report for 2011
This branch closed equivalent two weeks last 2011.
Majority of the library users come from the elementary age group (46 percent) followed by others/out-of-school youth.
Social Sciences and literature is the popular subjects in this branch.
August is the most popular month while December is the least popular month.
The library opened to the public last March 25 and assigned staff from the library came August 2011. The library have computers but no internet connection.

Cubao Annual Report for 2011
This library closed for two weeks for 2011 same number compared to 2010 closures.
Majority of the library users come from the high school, followed by elementary students. Users increased by 80 percent compared to year 2010.
Generalities is the most popular subject in this branch, followed by internet, newspapers and Generalities.
July and October is the busiest month. April posted no users.
Galas Annual Report for 2011
This branch closed one week, an improvement from 30 closed days last 2010.
Almost half of the library users come from the elementary students, followed by toddlers. There is an increase of 125 percent in users, from in 2640 in 2010 to 6502 in 2011.
Literature is the most popular collection followed by internet. Unfortunately, electronic database is not being used by the users. Natural Science and Language are also popular topics.
December and August are the most visited months while April is the slowest.
Highlight for this branch is their internet connection last July 2011 courtesy of their Barangay Captain Cudal. This library also posted 18 activities, mostly storytelling and filmshowing.
Their plans is to repaint the interiors of the library and acquisition of speakers for the filmshowing and storytelling in the computers.
Escopa 2 Annual Report for 2011
The library closed one month and two weeks. Last year closures were 61 days.
Majority of library users come from the elementary students, almost 86 percent of the total users. Compared from last year, the users also doubled from 5586 in 2010 to 11735 in 2011.
Literature is the most popular collection for this branch followed by newspapers.
July to September are the busiest months while December is the slowest month.
Highlight for this library is the number of activities totaling 57. The activities reached 1615 persons. Storytelling have been done consistently, every week. Among the new activities is the computer tutorials which were held four times this year.

If in a month we have 20 days opened, the branch closed one month and three weeks. This branch have 2 staff assigned. Last 2010, this branch closed 50 times.
Last year, this branch have 8456 users. Last 2010, it has 4456. Users almost increased by 100%.
Newspapers is the number 1 in terms of reference consulted followed by the internet. Library database unfortunately was not utilized. Among the books, Natural Science, Generalities and Technology were widely used.
July and October are the busiest months while May is the slowest month.
Highlight for this library is the activities it has done numbering to 32. It comprised mostly of Bible study, storytelling and orientation.
