Some points of interest:
Talipapa Branch have an average of 25 users per day. August and September are the busiest month for this library.
This branch held 39 activities. Most activities are geared towards toddlers (storytelling) and seniors/ parents/ out of school youth (computer tutorials).
Books on Natural Sciences and newspapers are popular to the users. The Elementary student age group is the highest in terms of attendance to the library.
The staff attended the Libreng Tutorial Module and had their own computer tutorials last August and November 2010. This branch have 4 computers available for public use and have wi-fi access.
It is suggested that air conditioning and printer be installed in the library. In order to accommodate increasing attendance to the library, additional manpower is suggested.
This library is supervised by Barangay Talipapa thru Myra Sabalburo.
